Outfitter Terms of Service

1. Overview & Scope

These Outfitter Terms of Service ("Outfitter Terms") govern the listing and participation of licensed guides, guide services, and outfitters ("Outfitters") in the LeaseWild Outfitter Directory ("the Directory").

By submitting an application to be listed in the Directory or accepting a listing from LeaseWild, you agree to be bound by these Outfitter Terms in addition to LeaseWild's general Terms of Service. If there is any conflict, these Outfitter Terms take precedence for matters specific to outfitter listings.

LeaseWild reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued listing in the Directory constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Separation from Land Listings

Outfitter listings are entirely separate from private land lease listings on LeaseWild. The following rules apply without exception:

• Your outfitter listing does not grant you access to any land listed by landowners on LeaseWild.
• You may not represent, imply, or suggest that booking your guide service provides guests with access to private land leases on LeaseWild.
• You may not cross-promote or link your outfitter listing to any specific land lease listing on the platform without explicit written consent from both the landowner and LeaseWild.
• Guests who book an outfitter service are not covered by any land lease agreement on LeaseWild — they are engaging directly with the outfitter.

3. Social Media & Marketing Restrictions

LeaseWild provides outfitters with a listing to connect with potential clients. This listing may not be used as a marketing or social media acquisition tool.

Specifically, outfitters may NOT:

• Include social media handles as the primary call-to-action in your listing description
• Instruct guests to "follow us on Instagram for availability" or similar language that redirects bookings off the platform
• Use listing photos or content to run paid advertising campaigns on external platforms without LeaseWild's written consent
• Post LeaseWild listing URLs directly to social media in a way that misrepresents LeaseWild's platform or implies endorsement

Outfitters may include a single link to their official business website and a single social media link in their listing profile — provided these are supplementary to, not the focus of, the listing.

4. Content Redistribution Policy

All content submitted to LeaseWild for your outfitter listing — including photos, descriptions, pricing, and availability — is subject to this policy.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Republishing your LeaseWild listing description verbatim on competitor booking platforms
• Sharing other outfitters' or landowners' listing photos outside of LeaseWild without their consent
• Using automated tools to extract listing data from LeaseWild
• Embedding LeaseWild listing content in third-party websites without written agreement

Outfitters retain ownership of original content they submit. By submitting content to LeaseWild, you grant LeaseWild a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and use that content on the LeaseWild platform and in LeaseWild marketing materials.

5. Eligibility Requirements

To be listed in the LeaseWild Outfitter Directory, you must:

• Hold a current, valid Florida freshwater guide license, saltwater guide license, or equivalent outfitter license as required by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC)
• Carry appropriate liability insurance for guide and outfitter operations
• Comply with all applicable Florida state and federal regulations governing guide services and wildlife management
• Operate exclusively within the legal boundaries of your license and permitted activities
• Be a legal business entity or sole proprietor operating lawfully in the state of Florida

LeaseWild may request proof of licensure at any time. Failure to provide current license documentation within 5 business days of request will result in immediate suspension of your listing.

6. Conduct & Professionalism

Outfitters listed on LeaseWild represent the platform to guests. You agree to:

• Communicate professionally and promptly with guests who reach out through the platform
• Accurately represent your services, available species, seasons, and pricing in your listing
• Not engage in deceptive pricing, bait-and-switch tactics, or false advertising
• Treat all guests without discrimination regardless of origin, background, or experience level
• Comply with all applicable hunting and fishing regulations during guided experiences
• Not use LeaseWild's platform to conduct any illegal activity

7. Removal from the Directory

LeaseWild may remove or suspend an outfitter listing at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Outfitter Terms
• Expiration or revocation of required licenses
• Guest complaints substantiated by LeaseWild's review
• Misleading, fraudulent, or harmful listing content
• Any conduct LeaseWild deems harmful to the platform, its users, or its reputation

Removed outfitters may appeal by contacting LeaseWild at the address below. LeaseWild's decision on appeals is final.
