Separate from land listings. Your outfitter listing does not grant access to any land on LeaseWild. You may not imply that booking your guide service provides guests with access to private land leases on this platform.
Social media restrictions. Your listing may not be used to drive social media followers. You may not make social media handles the primary call-to-action, or instruct guests to "follow for availability." A single supplementary website link and social link are permitted.
Content policy. You may not republish, copy, or redistribute LeaseWild listing content (yours or others') to external platforms or competitors. By submitting content, you grant LeaseWild a non-exclusive license to display and promote it.
Eligibility. You must hold a current, valid Florida FWC guide or outfitter license and carry appropriate liability insurance. LeaseWild may request proof of licensure at any time.
Conduct. You agree to communicate professionally, accurately represent your services, and comply with all Florida state and federal hunting and fishing regulations.
Removal. LeaseWild may remove or suspend your listing at any time for violations of these rules, license expiration, or conduct harmful to the platform or its guests.
